The Left's slogan: Vote Lieberman

The Yisrael Beytenu leader has become the darling of the Left for denying Netanyahu a fifth government. The media will make him a hero.

Judging from the first few days that have passed since the Knesset dissolved, Israelis should expect a fascinating election campaign.

The Left's message during the previous campaign was "anyone but Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu."

This time around, the Left's propaganda will use the slogan "Only Avigdor Lieberman" in light of his success in denying Netanyahu a fifth government and forcing him to call for an early election.

Some journalists are already calling Lieberman a savior.

Fake pundits, who are the leaders of the radical Left, will likely join this chorus. They will cast him as a national hero, as a caring and loving politician.

The purists on the Left have proved that their hatred of Netanyahu is stronger than any ideological worldview they may have.

The Left will even grant Lieberman immunity from prosecution if the corruption allegations against his party make him a suspect.

The senior members of the State Attorney's Office will bend over backward to treat Lieberman with kid gloves and prevent his indictment.

During the next few months, only a handful of brave journalists will ask the hard questions regarding Lieberman's alleged misconduct.

Lieberman's political base is on the Right. There is a real chance that after his mask is torn and his true colors are shown, voters will decide to leave him and his party out of the Knesset.

Even if the Left wants to give him a few seats, his political clout will be zero.

Yisrael Beytenu voters will not play along with Lieberman's Game of Thrones.

The Left shouldn't bother spending any money on campaign propaganda because the media will no longer have any interest in what Labor, Meretz and Blue and White have to say. It is all about Lieberman now.

Right-wing voters should step up to the plate and show responsibility. Hundreds of thousands of voting slips were cast in vain because some party lists never crossed the minimum electoral threshold.

This created a terrible Knesset makeup. The Right should prevent this from happening again by voting for parties with a real shot at entering the Knesset.

There is nothing more insulting in politics than having your vote thrown away.

I am convinced that right-wing voters won't make the same mistake again. Those who love the land of Israel do not have the luxury of voting for parties that won't make it into the Knesset.

To ensure the Knesset has a clear right-wing majority, Likud should give New Right co-leader and Justice  Minister Ayelet Shaked a safe spot on its candidate list. She is an electoral asset and Likud will only benefit from her.

In light of the intense campaign we are in right now, it is time to let bygones be bygones.

The Right should put forth a united and attractive candidate list that would deal a decisive blow against the Left and Lieberman.
