Today is election day, so don't hesitate – go out and vote in an upbeat spirit. On your way, thank God, but also thank Benjamin Netanyahu, whose unrelenting drive to obtain the vaccine is allowing us to leave isolation and lockdowns and take part in a democratic process that will determine Israel's future for the upcoming years.
The challenges facing the country are immense: security issues, the economy, external politics, and public health are all at stake. God forbid we place our fate in the inexperienced and incompetent hands of the Left, including those parading as right-wing and intending to turn Left. It is a known fact that the things people say on-screen are totally different from what they say behind closed doors.

Standing inside the booth, don't hurry, take another moment to think it through. The piece of paper you will place inside a sealed envelope will decide the country's fate for the next years. At this decisive moment, don't let hatred guide your reason – hatred that has been fanned by news anchors sporting head-worn mics and politicians for whom sycophantic TV studios are the main field of battle.
Each morning, the condescending, one-sided media take up arms to do battle against a man who has for many years been putting all of his time, talents, and skills into preserving our only home. Newspapers, TV channels, and websites have polluted the public sphere to bring down the right. Millions of dollars have flowed into Israel from foreign NGOs and the European Union with one aim in mind: replace the right-wing government and form a wimpy, spineless left-wing government that will act to establish a Palestinian state.
When you step into the polling station, prove to all the bootlickers and brainwashers that most Jews cannot be persuaded by lies repeated ad nauseam.
It is abundantly clear that most of us feel a deep connection with Jewish heritage and tradition, love the Land of Israel, and embrace the IDF, no matter what the Hague Court says. We are moved by Hatikva, and the Israeli flag flying high plays on our heartstrings. Mezuzot are affixed to our doorposts in the tradition of our forefathers, and on Saturday night we will sit at the Seder table with our extended family and sing "Next year in rebuilt Jerusalem."
The new right-wing government will have to deal with grave issues such as the justice system, the settlement movement in Judea and Samaria, the hate-filled media, support for small businesses, and employment. The damage to the elementary and higher education systems caused by the coronavirus crisis should also be addressed. The Israeli public is ripe for major reforms that can only be implemented by a robust right-wing government. We should not miss this historic opportunity for major change.
I hope and pray that the Left, harping endlessly on the importance of democracy, will submit to the election results. In a democracy, all votes are equal, including those cast by voters whom others see as a herd, baboons, or riff-raff. The good of the country should be everyone's top priority.
Now, when things could not be clearer, you can safely place the right(-wing) ballot and join us on our way to redemption.
May we soon hear good news, and happy holiday!
