Israel denies claim that Abu Dhabi has scaled back its normalization agreement with Israel by instructing its ambassador to Jerusalem not to meet any Israeli official, lawmaker or minister as well as skip out on official events.
The palace said that foreign policy was a prerogative of the king and it would not be "subject to blackmail."
