Sources told the Saudi news channel Al-Sharq that the new proposal balances the demands of both Israel and Hamas. The outline includes a long-term ceasefire of 5 to 7 years with international guarantees. Hamas is expected to commit to a prolonged ceasefire in return for a full withdrawal of the IDF from all of Gaza.
