A senior official told Israel Hayom that 'reaching an agreement may be delayed due to Lebanon's ambivalence.' Lebanese media reported that the response to the American proposal includes a demand for the implementation of UN Resolution 1701 without changes and the full withdrawal of Israeli forces.
