Master Sergeant Binyamin Destaw Negose, Major Evgeny Zinershain, Captain Sagi Ya'akov Rubinshtein, and Staff Sergeant Erez Ben Efraim were killed in a munitions depot explosion. The IDF is investigating the possibility that the explosion was caused by friendly fire.
Since the ceasefire came into effect, the terrorist organisation is attempting to access remaining weapons stockpiles in Lebanon, in order to rebuild its strength.
Official Israeli sources emphasized that the country will maintain its monitoring operations over Lebanon to prevent Hezbollah's weapons buildup, utilizing both aerial assets and other available surveillance capabilities.
The country's military command has also decided to enhance intelligence operations along border areas, in accordance with the ceasefire agreement.
The program encompassed both the conversion of existing rockets into precision-guided missiles and the establishment of complete production facilities within Lebanese territory.
