According to the 2024 Shanghai Ranking, the Weizmann Institute of Science secured the 69th spot, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem claimed 81st place, and the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology held the 85th position worldwide.
Secondary School Teachers' Association and Education and Finance ministries reach agreement hours before the school year is set to begin.
Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot ranks 67th, compared to 83rd place in the previous year. The Technion in Haifa reaches 78th, while the Hebrew University of Jerusalem drops to the 85th position from 77th in 2022.
