A combined shooting and car-ramming attack took place Monday morning at Tishbi Junction on Route 66 in northern Israel. A terrorist opened fire at civilians and was immediately neutralized by police forces who were at the scene. The terrorist has been neutralized, and the details of the attack are under investigation.
A 75-year-old man was murdered at the scene, and a 20-year-old man sustained heavy injuries. Emergency medical teams from Magen David Adom treated the victims on-site.

According to initial reports, the terrorist arrived at the scene by car, rammed into several civilians who were at a bus stop, and then opened fire on them.

Senior Magen David Adom medic Moshiko Amsalem said: "This was a serious event. We were dispatched to the scene of a terror attack at a bus stop at Tishbi Junction. When we arrived, we immediately saw two wounded individuals - a 75-year-old man in critical condition with penetrating injuries, and a 20-year-old man in moderate condition, also with penetrating injuries. We immediately began administering medical care, including stopping the bleeding and applying bandages."
