NBC News reports that several of the US's intelligence partners, including Israel, Saudi Arabia, and the members of the "Five Eyes" intelligence alliance (Britain, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand), are alarmed by the approach taken by President Donald Trump towards Ukraine.
According to the report, these countries are considering reducing the intelligence they share with the US government to protect their own sources, including the identities of foreign agents and assets. The report cited four sources familiar with the matter.
"These discussions are already taking place," one of the sources said, while noting that no decision has yet been made.

When asked about the possibility of US allies restricting intelligence cooperation, National Security Council spokesperson Brian Hughes responded, "The U.S. has unrivaled intelligence capabilities which is exactly why intelligence sharing initiatives such as the Five Eyes exist."
"President Trump is clear-eyed on all threats our adversaries pose to our national security and he will work with any ally or partner who understands the dangerous world inherited after the disastrous Biden years," Hughes added.
An Israeli official who spoke with NBC praised the intelligence cooperation with the US, saying, "The Cooperation between Israel and the United States on every level, including the sharing of crucial intelligence data, is as strong and solid as ever."
