Prominent landmarks across New York State were illuminated in orange on Saturday night in memory of Ariel and Kfir Bibas, who were brutally murdered by Hamas terrorists, and whose bodies were recently returned to Israel.
Fourteen sites across the state of New York and the United states were lit up, including the One World Trade Center, Niagara Falls, the Empire State Building, Penn Station, and the Kosciuszko Bridge, along with other buildings and landmarks. In Argentina, images of Shiri, Ariel, and Kfir Bibas were also projected onto a central tower.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul stated, "Our hearts are broken as we mourn Ariel and Kfir Bibas, who were brutally murdered by Hamas in an act of callous and unthinkable cruelty," Governor Hochul said.

Hochul's statement was released yesterday, before the return of Shiri Bibas' body to Israel, and after Hamas had initially handed over the body of a Gazan woman instead. "I join millions around the world in honoring their memory and demanding that Hamas immediately return the body of Shiri Bibas home to Israel," the New York governor said.
