Over 250 strikes in two days: According to various reports, the IDF has conducted an extensive series of attacks in Syria, with the Lebanese channel Al-Mayadeen stating that the strikes targeted Syrian Air Force squadrons, military airports, and air defense batteries. Dozens of planes and helicopters were reportedly destroyed. Additional reports from Arab sources also noted explosions at the Qamishli airport in northeastern Syria.
In addition, the Saudi Al-Arabiya reported that Israel attacked Syrian naval ships docked at the Latakia port in western Syria. Simultaneously, Syrian civilians discovered the bodies of Assad regime soldiers in basements, with indications that the former regime's forces has executed detainees en masse as rebel forces advanced toward Damascus.
It's as we all feared. They just discovered a massive pile of bodies in the dungeons of #Sednaya.

Security sources told Reuters that the strikes aimed at an air defense facility near the port. Concurrently, the Sabereen channel, associated with pro-Iranian militias in Iraq, reported the destruction of a defense system at the port following the attack.
IDF expands control over buffer zone
Yesterday, the IDF deepened its hold over the buffer zone in Syria, capturing additional strategic points to protect residents of the Golan Heights. Security officials emphasized that this measure is temporary and could continue depending on developments in Syria. Following instructions from the Israeli political leadership, the IDF is working to establish a security zone free of heavy strategic weaponry and terrorist infrastructure in southern Syria, while contacting Druze and other local populations in the area.

Israel is also actively thwarting smuggling routes from Iran to Lebanon via Syria. The IDF has carried out dozens of strikes across Syria to destroy heavy strategic weaponry, including surface-to-air missiles, air defense systems, surface-to-surface missiles, cruise missiles, long-range rockets, and coastal defense missiles. Reports yesterday detailed Israeli strikes at the Latakia port in northwestern Syria and in the Damascus area.
