The attack took place near Hebron, where terrorists opened fire on an Israeli vehicle. IDF forces have launched an extensive search operation in the area after discovering an abandoned vehicle suspected to belong to the attackers. National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir visited the scene of the incident.
The Shakuri family is grappling with an unimaginable double tragedy. Their daughter Mor, 29, was killed approximately five months ago during the attack on the Sderot police station. Mor's sister, Sapir Shitrit, 31, shared her grief: "Mor was my best friend. She was always there for me, standing by my side during the toughest moments."
She added: "This photo of Mor and me was taken at my henna ceremony about six months ago. She was overjoyed for me that evening. Mor was also engaged to be married, and I was looking forward to celebrating at her wedding, which was planned for this June."
The family, still reeling from the loss of Mor, now faces the heartbreaking task of mourning their father, Roni.
