The attack unfolded across three locations in Holon. It began at an Egged bus parking lot, where a man in his 30s was moderately to seriously injured. The terrorist then moved to a nearby park, where he attacked the Daniv couple, who were using public exercise equipment. The rampage concluded at a gas station, where a man in his 80s was fatally stabbed.

The 34-year-old attacker, who was in Israel illegally and had no prior security offenses, was shot and killed by police at the final location.

Emergency services responded quickly, describing the scene as "complex and difficult" with victims spread over a 500-meter area. The injured were rushed to Wolfson Medical Center, where the elderly man was pronounced dead upon arrival.

The terrorist, who was in Israel illegally and had no prior security-related offenses, was shot by a police officer and died en route to Shamir Medical Center. Law enforcement deployed substantial forces to the area, conducting extensive searches with helicopter support to rule out the possibility of additional suspects.

In the aftermath of the attack, law enforcement conducted extensive searches to ensure there were no additional suspects. Political figures offered condolences and called for action against terrorism. National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir emphasized the importance of civilian armament in response to such attacks.
