In a daring strike in Beirut, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has eliminated a high-ranking Hezbollah commander in a targeted strike, responsible for recent deadly attacks on Israeli civilians.

the eliminated commander was Fouad Shakar, known as "Haj Mohsen," the second-in-command in Hezbollah's leadership, who officially served as the deputy head of the terrorist organization's military wing. The IDF has confirmed the assassination in an official statement.

The IDF Spokesperson stated: "The IDF has conducted a precision strike in Beirut, targeting the commander responsible for the recent killing of children in Majdal Shams and numerous Israeli civilians."

Initial reports on the social media platform X, accompanied by footage of a powerful explosion in Beirut's Dahieh quarter, a known Hezbollah stronghold, began surfacing on social media platforms.
On Saturday, 12 children and teenagers were killed by a direct hit of Hezbollah rocket fire on a football field in Majdal Shams, a village located in the northern Golan Heights, with at least 30 more injured. In another recent attack by the Lebanese terrorist organization, an Israeli man in his 30s was killed from a Hezbollah rocket barrage in Kibbutz HaGoshrim, in the Galilee Panhandle in northern Israel.
