About 30 flamingos arrived this week at the KKL-JNF's Agamon Hula nature and ornithology park in the Hula Valley, painting it pink.

The arrival signals that fall is approaching.

"Though it's still August and summer in Israel, the first migratory birds have already started arriving at Agamon Hula," KKL-JNF field manager Inbar Shlomit Rubin, said. "In addition to flamingos, we also began to see herons of various species, hummingbirds, egrets, and more."
