Israel Hayom continues to lead the pack when it comes to print media in Israel, a new readership survey showed on Monday.

The survey, conducted by TGI to gauge media consumption between July 2022-June 2023, shows that the paper has an average exposure rate of 27%. During the reporting period, its weekend edition's exposure rate was 26.7%. The survey shows that the gap between the two papers' weekend editions was statistically insignificant in the reporting period.

The weekday edition had a 26.2% average exposure rate in the first half of 2023, compared to Yedioth Ahronoth's 21.3% for that period, representing a statistically significant gap.
Yedioth Ahronoth's weekend edition exposure stood at 27.3% for the first half of 2023, compared to 27.5% in the comparable period the year before (July 2021-June 2022).
The TGI survey was conducted using a representative sample of Jewish Israelis aged 18 and up, which reflects a population of 4.7 million.
