OurCrowd is a global venture investing platform that empowers institutions and individuals to invest and engage in emerging companies.
Thousands of participants from around the world and hundreds of alumni in the Israeli workforce gathered and networked in the booths.
The university also hosted a S. Daniel Abharam Israel Program student delegation where 30 students explored the tech ecosystem.
The Dean Yeshiva University's Sy Syms School of Business, Dr. Noam Wasserman, participated on a panel titled "OurCrowd Entrepreneurs Academy: From Budding Entrepreneur to a Winning CEO" and signed both of his bestselling books to the participants of the summit.
Executive Director YU in Israel Stephanie Strauss said, "OurCrowd is an important convener of innovation and entrepreneurship. We brought our students to the Summit to give them a unique experience, to learn about this ecosystem and our place in it. Hosting a YU booth to showcase our academic offerings and featuring our Sy Syms Dean as a speaker is a testament to our friendship with OurCrowd's leadership and the opportunities for our students to succeed in this space. It was an honor for Yeshiva University to be a supporting sponsor and to meet so many alumni and friends in one place."
