Para-Taekwondo world champion Assaf Yasur continued to establish his status as one of the best fighters in the world on Monday, winning the silver medal at the Sofia Grand Prix.

Yasur, 20, who competes in the under 58-kilogram category, defeated French rival Bopha Kong, a three-time world champion, 8:5, in the semifinals before losing to reigning world champion Ali Can Ozcan of Turkey 36:24.
Yasur won the gold medal in the 2021 World Para-Taekwondo Championships in Istanbul, Turkey.
