Opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu is slated to take part in the demonstration, the first time he has participated in an event of this kind in 2015. Netanyahu reached out to supporters on social media, encouraging them to attend.
The demonstration is being organized by settlers, including head of the Binyamin Regional Council Yisrael Gantz, who on Tuesday wrote in a message to residents: "The Arab seizure of open territory in Judea and Samaria is picking up speed daily. The Arabs are wiping out our zoned construction areas, choking settlements, and creating strategic contiguity. This is a 'handover of territory' and it is the de facto establishment of a Palestinian state.
"[Prime Minister] Bennett knows and is allowing this to happen. Daily terrorism on the roads, which is ignored and 'contained,' puts our residents in danger. This is a clear message from the government.
"We have warned and warned that the enemy will identify weakness, and sadly, terrorism has spread to the rest of Israel," Gantz wrote.
The Choosing Life forum of bereaved families of terrorism victims also intends to take part in the demonstration.
A statement from the group read: "We, the bereaved families, have taken upon ourselves the role of doing everything we can so the circle of grief does not expand, terrorism won't win, and terrorists won't find it worth their while. We are very worried to see terrorism raise its head inside the Green Line recently, while enemies outside make threats and plan attack."
The forum said, "Terrorism demands a strong, aggressive response, without apologies, deterrence, and victory, both when dealing with terrorists who are residents of Israel and those from the PA and Gaza. Unfortunately, a minority government that rests on the Muslim Brotherhood who are open supporters of terrorists, is not allowing the steps that need to be taken to defeat terrorism and defend the citizens of Israel."
