Real Estate company Aura Israel announced this week that it is beginning the marketing of a new urban renewal project in Kiryat Ono. The new project with 305 apartments in five towers will be built in the Oren neighborhood of Kiryat Ono and follows its successful Ono Valley project in the town, which was completed within four years.

The new project will have three different types of towers, a 19-story tower, two 17-story towers, and two nine-story towers. Three-room apartments will be sold from 2,290,000 shekels, four-room apartments from 2,630,000, and five-room apartments from 3,190,000.
The neighborhood is expected to be completed in four years' time and will benefit from a high level of development, public buildings, and commercial spaces. The project is located near the route of the Metro Blue Line which is expected to be up and running by the time the neighborhood is populated in 2026.

The project is located near a shopping mall and public buildings and will include a commercial floor, public buildings, and green areas in the center of the neighborhood. A Metro Station is to be built nearby.
