Rents on two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments have jumped in all of Israel's large cities since the start of 2022, the Yad2 website – which publishes real estate listings – reported Monday.

Rents for three-bedroom apartments increased up to 13% in January-February 2022 in comparison to the same two-month period in 2021, and rents for two-bedroom apartments increased by 12%.
Rents in Herzliya and Raanana were up by an average of 12% in the first two months of the year, while Tel Aviv saw a 10% increase in rent for the same period. Rental costs increased by 6% in Jerusalem and 3% in Haifa.
