His office said he feels good and has been following the necessary self-isolation procedures.
Netanyahu, 72, received two primary doses of the vaccines, as well as two boosters. Because of his age, he did not participate in several caucus meetings even before he was diagnosed. The current test comes a day before Knesset is about to go on recess./
Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Foreign Minister Yair Lapid put aside their political difference with their sparring partner on the other side of the aisle, taking to Twitter to wish him a speedy recovery.
"Health matters more than anything else, may you be healthy again," Lapid tweeted.
