The Netherlands, the only European nation that hasn't been allowing Israelis in without mandatory quarantine – whether they are vaccinated, recovered from COVID, or not – is changing its policy.

According to reports in the local media, starting from Feb. 2, visitors from Israel who have received at least two doses of the vaccine and a booster shot will be allowed into the Netherlands without having to quarantine. Anyone else form Israel will still face mandatory quarantine upon arrival.
Meanwhile, starting Wednesday, all attractions, restaurants, and bars in the Netherlands were set to reopen, the government having effectively dropped most COVID restrictions. Nightclubs remain closed and most businesses will have to close by 10 p.m.
