This will be the first trip by an Israeli president to the Gulf Nation since the signing of the Abraham Accords. Herzog will be accompanied by his wife Michal.
The president will also meet with Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Prime Minister Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and other senior Emirati officials.
"We are privileged to make history with the first visit of Israel's president to the United Arab Emirates," Herzog said in a statement. "This important meeting comes at a time when the Israeli and Emirati people are busy laying the foundations of a new shared future. I believe that our bold new partnership will transform the Mideast and inspire the whole region.
"Israel is a peace-loving nation, and together we will expand the historic peace of the Abraham Accords and create a better, more tolerant, and safer world for future generations."
Prime Minister Naftali Bennett visited the UAE for the first time in December last year.
"In just one year since normalizing our relationship, we've already seen the extraordinary potential of the Israel-UAE partnership. This is just the beginning," Bennett said at the time.
