Israel's national air carrier El Al launched on Thursday special airfares after the government announced it would ease restrictions on travelers.

El Al's new deal offers flights from Israel to Berlin, Budapest, Barcelona, Madrid, Prague, Athens, Amsterdam, Lisbon, and other European destinations at prices starting at under $100 round-trip.
The special low-price tickets are limited to some 4,000 travelers, and the price does not include luggage or a choice of seats. The prices are in effect for reservations made on Jan. 6 and Jan. 7 for flights departing until Jan. 31.
