Paradox plans to use the latest funds to develop its location at Tel Aviv's Sarona compound and hire dozens of employees. Its development center in Israel began operations in 2021 after it acquired the Spetz chatbot startup.
The Olivia tool helps recruitment teams automate all stages of job recruitment, starting with CV sorting and through formal offers. This past year, Olivia held 30 million "conversations" with job seekers for hundreds of companies in 50 countries, independently setting up some 3.1 million interviews.
Paradox customers include McDonald's, General Motors, Unilever, Nestle, PepsiCo, CVS Health, Wendy's, Citizen Bank, and more.
Yam Dvir, General Manager and VP Product at Paradox, said the company envisioned a future in which people "invest more time in people, not with computers."
