Kluger's was a beloved local figure and a rising star in the Israeli restaurant scene, with stints in some of the most prominent Israeli eateries, among them Rafael, Mul Yam, and the Social Club, to name a few.
In 2014, following a cardiac episode, he formed Fig catering in an attempt to distance himself from the hectic daily service of the restaurant world. The venture proved highly successful even through the coronavirus pandemic.
