A penthouse was sold to a top player in the real estate sector for NIS7.2 million. Tnufa BaIr, part of the Ram Aderet Group, reported the sale of a penthouse in its urban renewal project on Nissan HaCohen Street.

The one-level penthouse is about 150 sq.m. in size, with balconies totaling about 100 sq.m. It is located on the building's fourth and top floor and overlooks a green, quiet public garden. The registered property includes two underground parking spots and a storage room.
The project on 3a-5a Nissan HaCohen Street was recently awarded an excellence prize for construction in the category of urban renewal. The project was built as part of the TAMA 38/2 program and includes 18 units in a 4-floor building with two entrances. Five-room apartments, each about 120 sq.m., have been sold in the project, at an average price of NIS4.5 million.

Urban renewal projects in this neighborhood are in especially high demand, because they keep a low profile and in fact become boutique projects, with large and unique apartments in a green, pleasant area."

The penthouse was designed by interior designer Dana Nimrod, who says: "The investment in the house's design and accessories totals about NIS350,000. It's challenging to design a house that hasn't yet been sold, since you don't know who'll live there. I incorporated several design elements so that anyone who comes in will feel at home. On the one hand it includes urban elements such as iron furniture, and on the other hand, warm family elements such as colorful pictures, rugs, and a wooden floor."
