Monsonego's family welcomed her at Ben-Gurion International Airport, waving signs.
Recently, Monsonego's father had traveled to Peru to stay with her, and he was also on the return flight.
The family said that Monsonego would stay at her parents' home and that the family would hold a "thanksgiving" meal to celebrate her safe return.
