The Rotshtein company has begun to market 64 cottages and lots for private construction in Be'er Ya'akov. The company will build and market the cottages and lots as part of the Rotshtein Hayeruka project in Be'er Ya'akov HaHadasha.

The company is offering special launching discounts, with 20/80 financing benefits (20% of the price of the apartment to be paid upon signing the contract and the rest before occupancy), as well as a full exemption from linkage to the Construction Costs Index.
A 6-7 room cottage will be marketed at prices beginning at NIS4.78 million. The project has received a building permit.
In all, the Rotshtein Hayeruka project will include about 900 housing units in 13 towers of different heights and in private construction, to be built according to the green building standard. So far, 12 towers have already been built. As mentioned above, the project includes 64 cottages and lots for private construction in a duplex design, with duplexes measuring 200 square meters on 240 sq.m. lots with gardens.
The cottages are planned as smart homes with full control of electricity, lighting, air conditioning, etc., with 6-7 rooms, including a teen unit, a basement with preparation for a kitchen unit, a parent suite with a separate balcony, two parking spaces, and more.
"Projects featuring detached houses in high-demand areas are rare. The district committees prefer dense construction to increase apartment supply. The Rotshtein cottage project is thus one of the largest in the Center District," says Ortal Liber, Deputy CEO of Marketing at Rotshtein.
"The project is close to central traffic arteries and the Be'er Ya'akov West Train Station. A light rail station is planned at a distance of only 1.3 km from the neighborhood. For the launching, we're offering benefits such as 20/80 and linkage exemption. Because of the ongoing rise in the Construction Costs Index, this benefit is expected to save buyers hundreds of thousands of shekels," says Liber.
