Five exclusive projects totaling $500 million will be represented by Top C, an Israeli company for economic and business consulting headed by Dr. Shlomo Nass. Last week, Top C signed exclusivity and cooperation agreements with the Dubai World Central Corporation, the government-owned managerial branch of Dubai South. The signing ceremony was attended by Tahnoon Seif, CEO of the Dubai National Company, and advocates Yaron Tikotzky and Odelia Cohen-Schondorf of Top C.

The project will cover about 140 sq.km., and it is already considered a global gateway (for both land and maritime routes) for international trade, due to its designation as a free-trade zone. The Dubai government plans to invest about $70 billion over 10 years to develop the area. The zone is attractive for many foreign companies due to the tax breaks it offers and convenient regulation and transport conditions. It will be centered around the Al Maktoum International Airport, on which construction began in 2013 and which is set to become the largest airport in the world. Al Maktoum is expected to process about 240 million passengers per year and about 16 million tons of freight and cargo. The free-trade zone is expected to become a world business hub.
The agreement allows Top C to initiate, plan, manage, and execute a variety of exclusive projects in different locations. It is, in fact, the first cooperative project of this scope to be implemented with the Dubai government.
Dr. Shlomo Nass (a lawyer and accountant), the company's CEO and senior partner at the Doron, Tikotzky, Kantor, Guttman, Nass, Amit Gross & Co. law firm, noted that "many Israeli companies have been showing interest in the Dubai government's flagship project. This project offers a wealth of business opportunities in different fields – opportunities that shouldn't be missed."

Khalifa Al Zaffin, Chairman of the Dubai South project (who is also chairman of Emirates, Dubai's national airline), added: "This strategic partnership will create business opportunities and allow both sides to prosper in different fields. It will also encourage direct foreign investments in the Emirate, advance Dubai's microeconomic foundations, and strengthen its status as an ideal center for business and trade."
Some of the project's main attractions will include: a global health and recovery center, to be based in a prestigious hotel services area; an international culinary center, adjacent to a food-tech center for the food industry; an international academic and research convention center; a distribution and logistics center for agricultural products and food manufacturers, and more.
