As its Hebrew name suggests, the hotel is a tribute to the Golan Heights' natural landscape, overlooking breathtaking views of mountains and valleys. It is located above open expanses and surrounded by organic vegetable gardens, fruit trees, and natural vegetation that promotes sustainability and organic agriculture and supports local produce.
The hotel was designed by Dana Leitersdorf and Tamara Gleser-Shafran. It features six types of rooms with different furnishing and outdoor elements, designed using typical local materials: stone, basalt, and natural wood, creating a pleasant atmosphere of tranquility and luxury.
The hotel's restructured rooms are located in buildings that once housed the French Customs House. The floors are 150 years old, the walls are made of large round stones, and the high ceilings lend the hotel's spaces a feeling of authenticity. The variety of rooms includes: a presidential suite, garden rooms, and Bauhaus-style rooms. Each room has a private balcony.
The hotel includes four buildings: two Bauhaus-style buildings were used by the Customs House; another building, formerly a stable, was converted into the main lobby; the hotel lounge; and two new structures overlooking the Golan Heights.
In addition, there is a chef restaurant, headed by famous chef Roee Dori and based on raw materials and local produce. The spa includes treatment rooms, a dry sauna, a wet sauna, an external jacuzzi, and a swimming pool.

"Our concept is to have our guests enjoy a combination of luxury and nature," says Ishay Malka, one of the hotel's owners. "The hotel was constructed over the past decade by businessman Leo Glasser, who decided to turn the abandoned Customs House compound into a world-class hotel."
The hotel is managed by partners Ishay Malka, an owner of the Alegra Boutique Hotel in Ein Karem, and developers Avi Levi and Yair Biton. It now offers launch discounts: weekdays from NIS1,800 per night and weekends from NIS2,200 per night.
