Coming out of a bleak year marred by the global coronavirus pandemic, many Israeli tech companies have decided to kick things up a notch when marking Pride Month across June.

The issue of diversity and equality has taken center stage in recent years, especially among companies and organizations that advocate equal opportunities for all and seek to raise awareness of the LGBTQ+'s community struggles and to establish a conversation about equality.
Several Israeli companies have chosen particularly colorful ways to show their support.
Fiverr, an Israeli online marketplace for freelance services, has partnered with YouTubers Rose and Rosie and talented LGBTQ+ freelancers to co-create a children's book about diversity, acceptance, and representation of different family structures.
Sea The Love: A Book About Families explores this theme through a classroom of young sea animals. The story follows Dash the Dolphin as he spends the day talking to fellow students, building respect for everyone's differences, and realizing that what truly defines a family is not its particular members, but the love they share.
Riskfied, a leading fraud-prevention solution provider, has a whole host of activities to mark Pride Month, including lectures, a colorful drag queen performance and a happy hour event, and even a special company logo and zoom backgrounds that include the colors of the Pride flag.
IncrediBuild, a company in the field of software, organized several activities that support equality and connect to the true essence of Pride Month. The company set up a fundraiser to collect clothes and useful items for the "Ha'Gag Ha'Varod" organization, which provides shelter for youth kicked out by their families after coming out.
They also designed a special edition of stickers that combine concepts in the development world with Pride world. To top it all off they will hold a Pride-themed with colorful pastries, desserts, and dishes.

Fintech company Coinmama chose to mark Pride Month in a symbolic and colorful way – the office was decorated with pride flags, and they enjoyed colorful cupcakes.
Thirdeye Systems decided to redesign the company's offices and surprise the employees with offices decorated in the spirit of pride: flags, colorful accessories, symbols, etc. Thirdeye further chose to wave the pride flag with their most recognized product – a drone, which flew near the Pride Parade in Netanya on June 18.
Jeeng, the trusted audience engagement and monetization partner for publishers, decorated the office with Pride flags and will hold a gala lunch that will include a variety of delicious desserts, including donuts in Pride flag colors. After the meal, the company will hold an award-winning trivia questionnaire that will address questions related to the history of the Pride Parade in Tel Aviv.

PerimeterX, the leading Israeli cyber company celebrated Pride Month by decorating the office with Pride flags and celebrating with colorful desserts with all employees at the company's offices in Tel Aviv. #PXPride T-shirts were given to employees. Continuing the tradition, The company's logo is also painted in the colors of Pride.
Tech company Natural Intelligence opened the Pride Week events of the company at a pool party, which was attended by 350 employees who enjoyed performances by drag queen Tlola Bonet and Ziona Patriot and DJ Tomer Meisner.
Also held as part of the company's Pride events this week: the traditional Glunch Dinner, a lunch for the company's employees and members of the LGBT community; A meeting was held with members of the Ma'avarim, an association with the goal to empower and support members of the trans community, facilitating both personal and social change. Ma'avarim has been sitting in Natural Intelligence's offices for the past two years. The meeting dealt with the association's activities and the transgender community's dealings in Israel.

Natural Intelligence works hard to promote LGBT rights in the workplace and was the first company in Israel to provide NIS 50,000 net in funding to every employee of the LGBT community who chose a surrogacy procedure abroad due to the current constitutional situation in Israel. In addition, the company donates tens of thousands of shekels every year to non-profit organizations that support the promotion of LGBT people and was also one of the first organizations to sign an agreement in principle to support LGBT workers and equal rights in the high-tech sector with LGBTech.
Capitolis, which develops a SaaS platform aimed at encouraging a collaborative economy between banks and financial institutions, will mark Pride Month with a lecture for all company employees in Israel and abroad. The lecture about a personal story about being proud of who you are and true to yourself. Furthermore, on the day of the Pride Parade the company will celebrate with a Happy Hour.
Earlier this month, SodaStream, the leading sparkling water brand released its 2021 campaign in support of Pride month. The brand teams up with Emmy-nominated actress and prominent trans advocate Laverne Cox in a beautifully animated film titled Rainbow Story.
