Supermodel Bella Hadid unleashed a series of Instagram posts this week spreading misinformation about Israel and slamming new Prime Minister Naftali Bennett.

This is not the first time Hadid, 24, who was born in the United States to a Palestinian father, has shared her harsh criticism of Israel with her 43 million Instagram followers without first bothering to get her facts right.
"If you know anything about [former PM Benjamin] Netanyahu, you know that Bennett isn't any better," she wrote in a story sharing a post about Bennett from the account "Let's Talk Palestine."
Hadid added: "This is a lose/lose for all parties involved."
She also shared a 2015 quote attributed to Bennett where he allegedly said: "I've killed a lot of Arabs in my life and there's no problem with that." Hadid wrote: "It's almost unbelievable. Just sad really. Just plain sad."
Bennett has gone on record several times seeking to clarify the issue since it was made public six years ago, repeatedly saying he was misquoted.
Yamina's leader said that he was inaccurately quoted by former Joint Arab List MK Hanin Zoabi, when in reality, in the context of a cabinet debate about releasing Palestinian terrorists with blood on their hands, he said that during his military service – with one of the IDF's elite special forces units – he had killed terrorists.
Bennett has leveled harsh criticism at Hadid, as well as at American political commentators Trevor Noah and John Oliver's uninformed remarks on Israel's actions in Gaza during May's hostilities, sarcastically describing the trio in a YouTube video as "the great philosophers of our age."
