The Pandemic Tech Innovation Awards, given by media company TMC, recognize hardware, software, devices/peripherals, applications and services that help society and business function effectively in the face of challenges caused by pandemics.
With 65% of consumers preferring to avoid technician visits during the pandemic, TechSee allowed companies to pivot to a 'remote technician' model in order to keep their service running while ensuring safety through its TechSee Live product, which allows the remote expert to see exactly what the customer sees, guiding him visually as they solve issues together without requiring a technician on-site.
"We're honored to be recognized by the TMC judges for the value we bring to our customers during the global crisis," said TechSee founder and CEO Eitan Cohen.
"I'm proud that our technology proved its worth by enhancing service quality, reducing operational costs, and improving customer experience all while ensuring service resilience and keeping customers and employees safe," Cohen added.
