Of the 36 parties participating in the Palestinian Authority's May 22 parliamentary elections, 11 have logos featuring a map of "Palestine" that completely erases the State of Israel.

These include the two dominant Palestinian political movements, PA leader Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah faction, and Hamas, the terrorist group that controls the Gaza Strip. Fatah's logo also includes two rifles and a grenade.
While the May vote will be the first in the PA in 15 year, Abbas is considering canceling it. While the official reason cited by the PA so far is Israel's refusal to allow residens of east Jerusalem to vote, Abbas is actually growing increasingly concerned by the prospect that his rivals in Fatah or worse, Hamas, the terrorist group that wrestled control of the Gaza Strip from Abbas' Fatah party in a military coup in 2006, will win the elections.
