Beverly Hills is here: a 3,000-sq.m. castle in northern Israel with 116 rooms features dozens of bathrooms, a screening room for 30 people, a private event garden, hobby rooms, a billiard room, a gym, and more. Situated in a village near Carmel, it belongs to an Arab businessman, his three sons, and their families. The head of the family is a successful businessman in the import trade.

The project, which was under construction for ten years, was designed by Architect Abu Ines. The Azaria Berkovich design studio was chosen to head the house's interior design, styling, and furnishing, a process expected to take a year and a half.
Ariella Azaria Berkovich: "Each family member has their own wing, designed according to their personal taste. In one wing the style is European modern classic, in another it's full-blown classic, and everything works together harmoniously. We lay emphasis on every detail – from the general design and furniture, down to the silverware, decorative cornices, and textiles. This is a complex and fascinating project."
