Israel is one of six countries outside the European Union whose citizens will be allowed to enter France, the French Foreign Ministry announced Thursday.

The six countries include Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Britain, and Japan.
The announcement did not cite a specific date on which the policy would take effect. However, Israel Hayom has learned that it appears at the moment that only Israeli citizens who also hold EU citizenship will be allowed into France.
