An indictment had been filed against Yuri Shaulov, who is accused of selling multiple airsoft guns to Muhammad Abu Hiya, a Hebron resident accused of the illicit arms trade.
In his operations, which took place over the two past years, Shaulov used two Bedouins, identified as Hassan Al-Ubra and Fares Abu Al-Qia'an, as the couriers smuggling the goods into the West Bank.
The suspects were fully aware that such transactions are illegal and that the toys were to be converted for use with live ammunition, including for terrorist attacks, Shin Bet said.
