National religious parties Yamina and Habayit Hayehudi will vie for the March 23 elections on one tickets, Channel 12 News reported Thursday.

The decision was made two hours before the deadline for all parties to present their slates to the Central Election Committee expired.
Habayit Hayehudi leader Hagit Moshe had been pressured to join the hawkish Religious Zionist Party and the far-Right Otzma Yehudit party, which formed a technincal allience on Wednesday, but was reluctant to do so.
Naftali Bennett, who heads the New Right party and the Yamina faction, led Habayit Hayehudi before breaking away from the party in 2019.
