Israeli rhythmic gymnast Linoy Ashram won the gold medal in the all-around competition at the European Championships in Kiev, Ukraine.

Ashram's scored 26.500 on the hoop excercise, topping the charts of all athletes, while Belarusian gymnast Alina HAransko placed first on each of the other three apparatus.
Ashram defeated Harnasko to take home the all-around title, with a total score of 100.9. It was Israel's second gold medal of the Championships, after they won the group title on Friday.

"Linoy has well and truly put Israel on the map in rhythmic gymnastics, starting in the juniors ranks and continuing in the senior competition, where, so far, she has won bronze all-around at both the 2017 and 2019 World Championships, upgrading to silver in 2018," the European Gymnastics award announcement states.
