Russian President Vladimir Putin will be resigning in January because he fears he has Parkinson's disease, Britain's Daily Mail tabloid reported Friday.
The report in the Daily Mail quoted officials in Moscow.

According to reports, the person pushing for Putin, 68, to step down is former gymnast Alina Kabaeva, 37, who is suspected of having had an affair with him. There are other reports that Putin's two daughters want him to resign.
