Social fragmentation in America is frightening. So much so, that businesses in California are boarding up store windows ahead of Tuesday, for fear riots will break out if election results fail to live up to expectations.
"Who is behind the looting in America? Republicans? Democrats! Democrats support the rioters," says American radio personality Mark Levine, an unabashed Trump supporter, who has stated that in the president's 47 months in office, he has done more for America that challenger Joe Biden has done during his 47-year-long career.
"America, I have a question for you: what has Biden done in 47 years?" he stated.

Levin is furious with top officials in the Democratic Party who, in his opinion, have not done enough to restore law and order vis-à-vis the wave of riots that has been sweeping across the United States over the past year and has again reared its head in cities like Philadelphia.
He has a point.
Mainstream media and political pundits are warning that Trump supporters will refuse to accept any result that spells his defeat and predict their response will entail a wave of riots, destruction and violence – all while a wave of riots is indeed sweeping across America – but not necessarily from the direction of Trump supporters.
And speaking of not accepting the results, it is worth remembering who refrained from delivering a concession speech on election night 2016, which political camp organized "crying circles," which campuses hosted political "wakes" and offered mental help services, and where Trump's victory was declared as a political trauma and a national disaster that cannot be allowed to stand.
Meanwhile, a new media storm broke out when CNN presenter Don Lemon announced he "had to get rid" of friends supporting President Trump "because they're too far gone," adding that he would be friends with them again if "they want to live in reality."
I have quite a few friends on the Left, including in left-wing parties, and I never thought of severing ties with them, certainly not by stating as much on television.
It should be noted that the Democrats were in no rush to condemn the divisive message rising from a statement declaring one has severed one's ties with longtime friends over their political preferences.
These are exactly the divisions and rifts that Trump and his supporters are accused of fostering, all while Democrats do not hide their "ownership" of African-American and Hispanic votes, mark the political choice of countless Americans as a threat to democracy and world peace (yes, still), and now openly declare the severing of ties.
These are exactly the tactics that produce not only social fragmentation but psychological terrorism: how exactly are Trump supporters or Republicans supposed to feel when they are consistently branded by the public sphere as "destroyers of democracy" and those worthy of disgust and social condemnation?
Democrats, it seems, have a problem with democracy, and a case of the pot calling the kettle black.
