A man suspected of sex crimes has been arrested after a complaint by an 11-year-old girl led police to him.
According to a Facebook post by the girl's mother, the suspect reached out to the girl on Instagram a month ago with an "obscene" suggestion and provocative photos. The girl took a screen shot of the content, blocked the sender, and called the national children's protection hotline.

The mother convinced her daughter to testify against him, explaining that if she did not, he could victimize other girls.
Police reported that the suspect has harassed other young girls, and even committed obscene acts against at least one of them.
