An Israeli organization flew down to Chad last week, carrying several tons of medical supplies and equipment seeking to help the central Africa country win the war on malaria.
According to Israel21C, Flying Aid delivered a military transport aircraft filled to capacity with items donated by IFA and the American Jewish Committee, including 2,000 six-person tents, personal protection equipment for medical teams, backpack sprayers to eradicate malaria-carrying mosquitos, and more.

"We'll be there again with medical personnel to train them in respiratory care and ob/gyn surgeries," IFA founder and CEO Gal Lusky said.
