Historic signing ceremony to get special i24NEWS coverage

To mark the occasion, i24NEWS announces it will remove its paywall, enabling viewers to view its channels in English, French and Arabic on the website for free.

i24NEWS announced on Monday that it will have two days of special broadcasts on i24NEWS to mark the signing of the normalization treaty between Israel, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain.

"The highlight will be live coverage on all three i24NEWS channels of the festive ceremony at the White House. Throughout the day, i24NEWS correspondents will report from key locations around the world, accompanied by commentators and special guests in our studios. To mark the occasion, i24NEWS is removing its paywall, enabling viewers to watch the three i24NEWS channels – English, French and Arabic – on the website for free," a statement read.

According to the statement, the special coverage will begin Monday. The i24NEWS current affairs programs will "host commentators and analysts who will discuss and analyze the details of the normalization treaty and its effects on the Middle East."

The statement further added that "throughout the day, the i24NEWS hourly news flashes will be extended to include live reports from various key locations, along with in-depth stories and on-air analysis. All the celebratory events and speeches will be broadcast live, with simultaneous translation, for the benefit of i24NEWS viewers."

Frank Melloul, founder and CEO of i24NEWS said that "this historic event is totally connected to the DNA of our network. Showing the reality of a new Middle East on its path to normalization."
