Attorney General Avichai Mendelblit on Thursday instructed the High Court of Justice to revisit a recent ruling rendered against the razing of the terrorist's home who killed IDF Staff Sgt. Amit Ben Yigal in May during an operation in the West Bank village of Yabed.
Attorney Eran Ben-Ari, of the right-wing advocacy group Im Tirzu, welcomed the decision saying, "Israeli soldiers and civilians' right to life outweighs any discomfort caused to terrorists' families."
