The Reuth Association is one of Israel's leading nonprofits in the fields of health, welfare, and elderly care. The Reuth Medical and Rehabilitation Center, which is part of the Sackler Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University, is considered one of the most advanced facilities of its kind in Israel.
The 360-bed medical facility houses a variety of clinics and institutes that offer a host of services for the elderly population, such as neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation, post-head injury care, respiratory rehabilitation, and pain management, alongside the promotion of research and development in these fields.
Last month, the hospital inducted a community medical center in the southern town of Kiryat Gat – its first branch outside of Tel Aviv.
Top Israeli executives and businesspersons are expected to attend Tuesday's event, as will Reuth Association Chairman Ami Arica, Executive Director Ido Sharir, Dr. Dov Albukrek, director of Reuth Rehabilitation Hospital, attorney Zvi Piron, head of the Israeli Friends of Reuth Medical & Rehabilitation Center, and other dignitaries.
