Paris Hilton is a big star in Cosmopolitan's latest fashion collection. In the collection, she goes through several wardrobe changes, but one of her sartorial choices were designed by famed Israel designer Alon Livne.
Last year, the dress even appeared in an Israel Museum exhibition called, "The Journey of the Israeli Outfit." These stunning frocks look like holograms, with colors constantly changing depending on how it reflects the light at certain times. The dress comes with a matching jacket, which Miley Cyrus wore to one of her performances in the UK.

This isn't the first time Hilton is wearing a Livne creation. She's often stepped out in the Israeli designers wares and is a staple at his US fashion shows.
As for the dress in question, Livne remarked, "Her stylists saw the dress a few months ago and loved it. Because Hilton is tall and skinny, I had to make quite a few alterations so it would accommodate her. We're talking about a dress that weighs about five kilograms, with every bead sown by hand. This dress is very special."
When asked why the stunning dress and jacket captivated both Cyrus and Hilton, Livne answered, "There's an international trend to incorporate a hologram-like style to fashion; it changes each time it's exposed to light and darkness. So everybody has a unique look special to them when they step out in it."
Paris Hilton, the great grand-daughter of famed hotelier Conrad Hilton, went from mere socialite to pop culture icon when a leaked video of a sex tape of her and her-then boyfriend hit the internet The notoriety of that tape led to FOX offering her to star in the hit show The Simple Life.
