A 14-year-old Palestinian teenager has been arrested and police say they are investigating the incident as possible terrorism.
Mordechai Slusheitz, a medic who arrived on the scene said: "When we arrived at the area, we saw a 22-year-old woman at the bus stop. She was fully conscious and had a wound near her shoulder. We provided immediate medical assistance in order to stop the bleeding, we treated the wound and administered her fluids. We transported her quickly by ambulance and evacuated her to the hospital while she was in stable condition. The terrorist was neutralized at the scene by security forces."
The Israel Police reported that a Border Police unit that happened to be driving nearby helped detain the suspect. The troops exited their vehicle and stopped the attacker as he was fleeing from the scene.
